icons not loading

I'm having problems with custom icons on keynote. I wanted to install the same keynote file (with all its configurations and custom icons) onto another computer, but I could not get it to load all the custom icons I created.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong? I copied the "keynote.icn" file to the new computer, but when I look at "tab icons" in keynote options, I can only see that it has loaded the icons partially - not all? some are there, I have about 330 custom icons, but in the new installation there is only 136 icons - about 200 missing. where am I going wrong?
