Anyone found a tool to import or convert file type and then import .tpd to .knt?

I just found a piece of software by ProcessText for $20 (http://download.cnet.com/ABC-Amber-Tree ... 54300.html). They claim it will convert both .htj and .tpd TreePad files to .knt file while preserving RTF and structure; I may give it a go.
