Hi! I've tried out a whole slew of outliners and so far I think KeyNote NF has the best user interface and feature set. (WikidPad is amazing too, but weird.) However, there are a few little features I found in other tools that I wish were here:
* Ability to insert a horizontal rule
* Ability to search backward (and use Shift-F3 for "next" search backward)
* Ability to adjust table columns & rows
* Regular Expressions, or at least wildcards, in the search (and replace)
* Ability to resize pictures (as shown; original is kept intact)
* Export to HTML (I get an error when I try it)
* Ability to specify helper apps for editing nodes, graphics, et. al.
* Ability to insert a calendar
* Chronological view
* A trashcan
* A version that has ONLY nodes (tree-type notes), not stand-alone notes (which are confusing when mixed with tree-type notes -- are the notes in the node or are the nodes in the note, or both?). Basically, a dedicated outliner tool (but much nicer than most!).
* A way to link to a particular e-mail message (Is this even possible? I see it listed in other tools.)
